0:00Hello。很高興再次來到這裡。我是 Jean Hansen，Ipê City 創辦人。我們在打造 global frontier tech community，第一個 permanent hub 在巴西南部的 Florianópolis。Hello. So happy to be here again. I'm Jean Hansen. I'm the founder of Ipê City. So we are building a global frontier tech community. So our first permanent hub is in Florianópolis, which is in the south of Brazil.

0:29Florianópolis 是 amazing 的島，基礎建設好、自然美、國際 tech hub、都市生活，非常推薦來 visit。今年目前 pop-up city 吸引超過 600 位 participant，來自 10 多國，participant 數是去年 2 倍、revenue 3 倍。And Florianópolis is just an amazing island. It has a combination of great infrastructure, beautiful nature, an international tech hub, urban life. It's just amazing, and I strongly recommend you to come and visit us. So, this year so far, mainly our pop-up city has attracted more than 600 participants from more than 10 different countries, and it represents 2x in the number of participants and 3x revenue compared with last year.

1:17builder 部署了 50 多個 crypto、AI 專案，community 發了超過 1 萬美元 grant。這幾年非常 special。我們 focus 在 technology frontier：AI、crypto、cryptography、robotics，但要在 real world deploy，解決 emerging countries 的真實問題。So our builders deployed more than 50 projects in crypto and AI, and we distributed more than $10,000 in grants for the community. It was really, really special, these first years. So our focus is to build at the frontier of technology, of course: AI, crypto, cryptography, robotics, but actually deploying in the real world to solve real problems, mainly from emerging countries.

1:56用科技解決真實問題

1:56我們談的是基本教育、governance、healthcare、safety、基本 infrastructure。得用這些 powerful technology 解決 hard problems。這是 Ipê City 的 focus。結果這是 bootstrap community 的好策略。So we are talking about basic education, governance, healthcare, safety, basic infrastructure. We need to use these powerful technologies to solve these hard problems. That's our focus at Ipê City. So it turns out this is a great strategy to bootstrap a community.

2:22我們有三方 stakeholder：builder、company、government。對 builder 是最好的 learning environment。AI 時代你不一定需要有人教或分享 content，但需要 real environment deploy 產品、跟 real 使用者測試。So we have three stakeholders: the builder, the company, and the government. For builders, it's the best learning environment. So... in the age of AI, you don't actually need someone teaching you or sharing content with you, but you do need a real environment where you can deploy your products and test with real users.

2:52若只用 AI burn token，只是在創造沒人用的東西。對 company，在這些新 industry 解鎖新 use case。對 government、city，是 huge 的 impact 機會。我們談 builder 的 individual membership、company membership、government partnership。If you are just using AI, burning your tokens, you're just creating something that no one's going to use. For companies, it unlocks new use cases within these new industries. And for governments, cities, it's a huge opportunity to make an impact. So we are talking about for builders, individual membership, company membership, and government partnerships.

3:24三方利害與敘事

3:24builder 的 economic opportunity：grant、bounty、工作機會。對 company，如前述解鎖 use case、推動 adoption。對 government、city 和整體 society，是 local transformation 和更好的 narrative。So economic opportunities for builders, grants, bounties, job opportunities. For companies, as I mentioned, it unlocks new use cases and drives adoption in these new industries. And for governments and cities, and society in general, it's local transformation and better narratives.

3:50最後這點非常非常重要。我們 desperately 需要 frontier technology 更好的 narrative。我們這一代擁有史上 most powerful technology，我認為有責任 leverage 這些 innovation，終於解決 society 的 hard problems。And this last one is very, very important. We desperately need better narratives around frontier technologies. So, we are this generation with access to the most powerful technologies ever created. I think we have the—it's our responsibility to leverage these new technologies, these innovations, to finally solve these hard problems in society.
