Arbitrum Foundation 向 DAO 請款 4,350 萬美元，delegate 質疑人均薪資 23.6 萬美元

Arbitrum 是以太坊最大的 Layer 2 之一，由 Arbitrum Foundation 負責日常營運，資金來自 DAO 金庫。Foundation 2025 全年替 DAO 賺到 2,349 萬美元毛利，但現在回頭要的錢比這個數字還多，delegate 開始質疑花錢效率。
